Shipping and Returns
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to Portugal, Spain, most European countries, and the United States.
At this time, we do not ship to Asia, Oceania, or other countries in the Americas.
Please note that any customs duties or import taxes are the customer's responsibility.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Orders to Portugal and Spain are shipped via FEMA and usually arrive within 24–48 hours.
All other countries are served by UPS, with delivery times ranging from 3 to 12 business days, depending on the destination.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the destination.
We offer free shipping to Portugal and Spain on orders above 150€.
Orders below that amount will see the respective shipping rate at checkout.
Order Processing
As a small sustainable brand, all Elsa Barreto garments are produced in our atelier in Portugal.
If we do not have immediate stock, your piece may be produced upon order and shipped within 1–2 business days.
For customized or made-to-measure orders, processing time may vary. We will contact you directly with the estimated shipping time.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is completed.
When your order ships, our couriers will send you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.
Returns & Exchanges
If you're not fully satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 20 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- If the item shows signs of wear, we reserve the right to deny the refund.

We offer refunds or exchanges, depending on your preference.
Exceptions: Custom Orders & Made-to-Measure Pieces
Items that have been customized (different color, adjusted fit, or any alteration to the original model) or made to your measurements are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
While we do our best to craft made-to-measure pieces based on the information provided, perfect fit can only be guaranteed through in-person fittings.
By requesting an alteration, the customer accepts the risk associated with this process.
